How did we get started? Dancing Bear, who was trained in early childhood education and had recently retired from his wholesale rock business, combined his rock expertise with his love for children to create a one-of-a-kind rock activity kit. His goal was to encourage kids to limit their screen time and reconnect with Mother Nature. The kit was a huge hit with kids, parents, and grandparents, and thus the Dancing Bear brand adventure began!

Product Description This science activity kit contains over 100 fossils including ammonite fossils (both cut/polished and rough), 3 different types of shark teeth (otodus, carcharias, and squalicorax), coprolite (dinosaur poo!) and many others. It also includes a geological time scale, fossil identification chart, 21 ID cards, ziploc bags, box, and a magnifying glass.

Match fossils to ID cards and store in ziploc bags. Most of the fossils measure ½ to 1 inch each. There are over 20 different types in this Fossil Collection: Ammonite (polished and rough), brachiopod, clam, coprolite, coral, crinoid stem, crinoid star, dinosaur bone, gastropod (flat shell and screw shell), orthoceras (rough and polished), petrified wood, sea urchin (rough and spines), shark teeth (sqalicorax, carcharias, and otodus), stingray teeth, and fish vertebrae.
